I imagined tears flowing down faces covered with baroque make-up, forming intricate skin carvings.

I was transported to the past, to a world of stunning craftsmanship, to a world of strangeness.  What I discovered was filled with sadness.

“The Tears of the Baroque” series of furniture/sculptures serves as a diary of this journey through time.
